Lance Healy is Principal of Real Asset Capital, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. In this capacity, he is responsible for providing investment banking services for corporations, investors and developers of income-producing real asset investments.
Primarily,
Mr. Healy sources institutional debt and equity capital for project finance, corporate finance, portfolio
recapitalization and new fund formation through the private placement of
securities throughout the country.
In addition,
Mr. Healy is partnered with a professional services firm through which he provides valuation and feasibility study services for real asset projects and is a state-registered real property appraiser. He is also is a licensed real estate broker in multiple states, through which he conducts
commercial real estate investment brokerage and principal investment
transactions throughout the Southeast.
Mr.
Healy began his career in the finance and real estate industries in 1998. During this tenure with prominent firms that include Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Cushman & Wakefield, Bullock Mannelly Partners, Taylor & Mathis and Carter & Associates, he has broad experience providing services to institutional financial and real asset investors.
In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Healy is a registered limited representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as well as a licensed broker with the Georgia Real Estate Commission and a state-certified appraiser. He received his B.A. from Washington and Lee University and his M.B.A. with highest honors from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
